Representation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead technical coordination with partners, service providers, authorities, and humanitarian actors to ensure integrated, timely, and quality responses in CP and GBV.</li>\n<li>Represent the organization in national and subnational humanitarian coordination spaces, including clusters, areas of responsibility, working groups, and other relevant platforms.</li>\n<li>Strengthen referral and counter-referral mechanisms between protection, health, psychosocial support, legal assistance, and other relevant sectors.</li>\n<li>Foster strategic relationships with government authorities, partner organizations, donors, community leaders, and other key actors to promote articulation, complementarity, and sustainability of interventions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Program Development:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand CP and GBV interventions based on identified needs and protection gaps.</li>\n<li>Contribute to designing new proposals, strategies, and programmatic initiatives aligned with institutional and humanitarian priorities.</li>\n<li>Promote documentation of lessons learned, good practices, and innovations to enhance program quality and impact.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Monitoring &amp; Evaluation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise achievement of programmatic indicators, goals, and results, identifying progress, challenges, risks, and improvement opportunities.</li>\n<li>Ensure data quality, integrity, and timely use, overseeing accurate collection, analysis, and reporting according to institutional and donor requirements.</li>\n<li>Lead monitoring of intervention quality and impact through visits, performance reviews, and result analysis.</li>\n<li>Utilize evidence, data, and community feedback to inform decision-making, adaptive management, and continuous program improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively monitor and evaluate team security and protection;
