Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly payroll processing from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour, tax, and social security regulations
• Maintain and update payroll and time management master data and transactions in SAP and DATEV
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries from external parties and internal departments
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and internal and external audits
• Contribute to the optimisation, automation, and further development of payroll and time management processes

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification in HR, accounting, or taxation
• Several years of experience in payroll, preferably in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in SAP, particularly SAP HCM and Payroll
• In-depth knowledge of labour, tax, and social security law
• Experience working with external tax consultants and audit bodies
• Structured, responsible, and discreet work style with strong service and communication orientation
