Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management roles
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
• Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Right to work in India

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare-related roles
• Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals
• Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
• Ability to use customer insight and simple data to shape your activities and priorities
• Fluency in Tamil and other local languages spoken in and around Madurai
