The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $85,000.00 and $140,000.00 annually, plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and perform preventative maintenance on a range of machine tools and production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems
• Work with PLC controls, including reading, troubleshooting, and editing ladder logic
• Provide expert-level reporting on equipment readiness
• Train and support customers

Requirements

• 8 years or more of machine tool and/or industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with manual and CNC machines, including lathes, mills, grinders, saws, press brakes, and metrology equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• PLC and controls system experience
• Military background or experience working in a regulated environment is a plus
• US citizenship required
