Responsibilities:

• Provide internal customer support for the sale of consumables to the aviation industry for both OEM and MRO usage
• Manage an international customer base from order receipt to payment, ensuring agreed services are fulfilled
• Process orders and administer deadlines in coordination with materials management and shipping departments to ensure on-time deliveries
• Communicate regularly with customers about order status and coordinate changes
• Monitor returns and process complaints with internal teams like Quality Assurance and Procurement
• Be the first point of contact for customer escalations or claims, resolving issues efficiently

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale sector
• Prior experience in after-sales or order resolution in a customer-facing role
• Fluent Italian to communicate effectively with external customers and internal teams
• Intermediate English skills to navigate our systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in working with common ERP and CRM tools, particularly SAP and Salesforce
• Proficiency with the MS Office package, especially Excel
• Familiarity with working for an international customer base
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and manage competing priorities
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact and working independently

Salary range: EUR 32,200 – EUR 46,000
