Your core responsibilities will include:

• Operating Target-owned vehicles to execute yard and perimeter patrol routines
• Following emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership
• Following best practices and procedures relating to truck gate operations and visitor management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school degree or equivalent
• To be at least 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond quickly and remain calm during crisis situations
• A valid driver's license for the state you are employed in
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced environment, accomplishing multiple tasks within established times independently
• Ability to work in and be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Ability to operate technology systems with minimal direction after receiving training
• Reliable and prompt attendance
• Prior experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to be trained and act on de-escalation tactics
• Ability to safely conduct internal and external patrols frequently throughout your shift
• Ability to quickly and safely respond to security incidents in all locations on property

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
