As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and selecting candidates (mass recruitment);
• Organising the full recruitment cycle (job posting, resume screening, phone interviews, interviews, job offers, and onboarding);
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and providing feedback to candidates at all stages;
• Meeting recruitment targets and metrics;
• Maintaining records in CRM/ATS systems;
• Conducting basic training for personnel;
• Participating in the grading system.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (mass recruitment is a plus);
• Understanding of adaptation processes and basic knowledge of personnel training methods;
• Familiarity with main channels for finding specialists;
• Excellent communication skills, public speaking, and negotiation skills;
• Result-oriented, flexible, and proactive with the ability to work and learn quickly;
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
