Your Responsibilities as a Clinic Manager

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 available in select locations!

As a Patient Service Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers,ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

In this role, you'll take ownership of key administrative and communication processes that keep our practice moving. From verifying insurance coverage and securing prior authorizations to coordinating physician referrals and optimizing schedules, you'll play a central part in helping patients access the care they need,quickly and confidently.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).

Schedule

• Part Time: M/T/THU 10-6 or 9-5 flexible to cover others

Compensation

• Pay Range: $22/hr (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
