As a Food & Beverage Expert, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, prioritising their needs over tasks
• Execute Food & Beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards
• Work with vendors to set and maintain sales floor merchandise displays
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled, or expired items and process according to Target's policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Enjoy interacting and helping others
• Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role
• Be open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts
• Have previous food or grocery experience, although not required
• Possess a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Be able to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
