Job Summary You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using your skills and talents to serve and care for our patients and customers. You'll be responsible for managing assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks, supporting the team's ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions, while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's productivity
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient and customer inquiries
• Process prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance standards
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Licensure requirements vary by state
• Attention and focus, with the ability to concentrate on tasks without distraction
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, customers, and colleagues
• Mathematical reasoning skills, with the ability to calculate day's supply of prescriptions
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and make sound judgments

Physical Demands

• Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
• Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks
• Picking, pinching, typing, or working with fingers
• Extending hands and arms in various directions
• Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• PTCB National Certification

Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
