It&#39;s a fast-paced logistics operation where thousands of products will be received, processed and dispatched every day.</p>\n<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>\n<p>Your key accountabilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the site through effective facilities management, maintenance coordination, contractor management and workplace services</li>\n<li>Being the subject matter expert and advisor on statutory building compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, asset management, CAFM and hard and soft FM services</li>\n<li>Managing contractors and service providers, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, controlling costs and identifying improvements</li>\n<li>Supporting mobilisation and stabilisation, including asset handover, compliance documentation, maintenance arrangements and defect management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who you are</strong></p>\n<p>Your skills and experience will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Practical FM experience in logistics or similar, with good contractor management and compliance knowledge</li>\n<li>IWFM (desirable)</li>\n<li>Hands on!
