As a Medical Information Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing all business activities in your assigned region, including developing and implementing regional goals and development plans, establishing a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of medical information specialists
• Foster a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their professional knowledge and skills
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Coordinate and implement projects and activities, allocating resources effectively
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the region
• Stay up-to-date with relevant policies and regulations, collaborating with internal departments as needed

Requirements:

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and good English language skills
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong learning and self-motivation skills
