YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_dec20202-9f7"},"title":"Technical Manager","description":"<p>Join us at the Leckford Estate - the Waitrose Farm - and lead the technical standards that define our Leckford Estate brand.</p>\n<p>We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead all Quality &amp; Technical activities to ensure Leckford Estate, the Waitrose Farm, produces and retails food that adheres to all appropriate Assurance Schemes, meets all statutory regulations &amp; complies with Waitrose Technical policies.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Leckford Estate, the Waitrose Farm QMS Technical Management and Development ensuring safety &amp; compliance at all times</li>\n<li>Deliver technical compliance projects to continuously improve ways of working at the Leckford Farm Estate</li>\n<li>Manage relevant product, supplier &amp; customer performance &amp; relationships in order to ensure compliance to Waitrose quality, safety, legality and integrity, all relevant Brand standards &amp; Commercial targets</li>\n<li>Lead all Quality &amp; Technical activities to ensure Leckford Estate, the Waitrose Farm, produces and retails food that adheres to all appropriate Assurance Schemes, meets all statutory regulations &amp; complies with Waitrose Technical policies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Skills/Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in food science (or similar) or equivalent experience in Technical within the Food &amp; Grocery industry</li>\n<li>Technical, manufacturing experience within the food industry</li>\n<li>Supplier Management &amp; Technical Development</li>\n<li>Passion for product and quality</li>\n<li>Driving Licence</li>\n<li>Specialist training e.g allergens, microbiology, pesticide management, specification management and product labelling legal requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Skills/Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional specialist qualifications in specific category or product areas as required</li>\n<li>HACCP training (Level 3), Lead Assessor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary - £57,000 - £84,600</li>\n<li>Contract type - Permanent</li>\n<li>Working pattern/flexible working - 35 hours per week.
