frames of Wolt leadership values.</p>\n<p>Day-to-day in this role you’ll:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, grow and motivate a team.</li>\n<li>Create an environment where your colleagues can do their best work and have fun while working.</li>\n<li>Plan team events with your team.</li>\n<li>Improve the way our stores operate with help from the Operations Team.</li>\n<li>Participate in internal and external meetings.</li>\n<li>Collaborate and communicate with other functions at Wolt.</li>\n<li>Monitor shrink levels and control the amount of food that goes to waste.</li>\n<li>Manage shift scheduling.</li>\n<li>Handle incoming goods and order of the store.</li>\n<li>Oversee everything the store and colleagues need to enable fast growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership experience and demonstrate the ability to motivate others.</li>\n<li>Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus.</li>\n<li>A fast learner with the ability to multitask.</li>\n<li>Proactive and service-minded.</li>\n<li>Can-do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to work both during the day, evenings and weekends.</li>\n<li>Data-driven and analytical.</li>\n<li>Fluent level of English required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p
