YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_6c47b418-952"},"title":"Mechanical Data Center Operations Technician","description":"<p>The Mechanical Operations Technician is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems supporting a mission-critical data center in Lappeenranta, Finland.</p>\n<p>Working as part of a 24/7 Critical Facilities Operations team, the technician ensures maximum equipment availability while supporting the site&#39;s commitments to energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Critical Facilities Operations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate and monitor mechanical infrastructure using the Building Management System (BMS) and routine field inspections.</li>\n<li>Respond to alarms, equipment faults, and operational events in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs).</li>\n<li>Record equipment readings, operating parameters, and shift activities.</li>\n<li>Support planned switching operations and maintenance windows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Mechanical Maintenance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot mechanical failures and carry out repairs or coordinate vendor support.</li>\n<li>Assist with commissioning, recommissioning, and integrated systems testing.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate maintenance records using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Mechanical Systems</strong></p>\n<p>Operate and maintain systems including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chilled water systems</li>\n<li>CRAH and CRAC units</li>\n<li>Chillers</li>\n<li>Air Handling Units (AHUs)</li>\n<li>Pumps and hydronic distribution systems</li>\n<li>Heat exchangers</li>\n<li>HVAC systems</li>\n<li>District cooling and heat recovery systems (where applicable)</li>\n<li>Water treatment systems</li>\n<li>Mechanical valves and piping</li>\n<li>Expansion vessels and pressure systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Health, Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in accordance with Finnish occupational safety legislation and EU health and safety requirements.</li>\n<li>Follow Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and risk assessment procedures.</li>\n<li>Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li>\n<li>Participate in emergency response activities and incident investigations.</li>\n<li>Promote a strong safety culture and environmentally responsible work practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vocational Qualification (Ammatillinen perustutkinto) or Bachelor&#39;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline.</li>\n<li>Equivalent technical or military experience may also be considered.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2–5 years of experience maintaining mechanical systems in data centers, industrial facilities, manufacturing, hospitals, power generation, or other critical environments.</li>\n<li>Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and CMMS software is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<p>Knowledge of:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>HVAC and cooling systems</li>\n<li>Chilled water and hydronic systems</li>\n<li>Pumps, motors, and heat exchangers</li>\n<li>Mechanical fault diagnosis</li>\n<li>Building Management Systems (BMS)</li>\n<li>Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)</li>\n<li>Mechanical drawings and Piping &amp;
