Job Summary: As the E-commerce Manager, you will define, develop, and execute our overall e-commerce strategy, manage store KPIs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic & Sales Growth:
• Develop and execute comprehensive monthly and yearly e-commerce strategic plans.
• Manage store KPIs to achieve sales targets and ensure Year-over-Year (YoY) sales performance growth.
• Maximize Profit and Loss (P&L) efficiency for e-commerce channels.
• Build strong relationships with platform key account managers to secure brand placement and promotional opportunities.

• Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Oversee daily operations of all e-commerce storefronts to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Manage and execute the e-commerce marketing calendar.
• Liaise with external agencies for digital ad placements and track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure tight inventory control and seamless fulfillment processes.

• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence:
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, product feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide comprehensive reporting and actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or key account management.
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience operating and managing top-tier e-commerce marketplaces is highly preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Highly data-sensitive with strong analytical skills; proficient in tracking KPIs and analyzing P&L, sales, and conversion data.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
