• Managing and re-engineering food flavours to control flavour movements and extend shelf life
• Ensuring uniform quality blends for packing operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Analysing data and making informed decisions to drive improvements
• Developing and implementing digitization initiatives for blending formulae and access creation

The ideal candidate will have:

• M.Sc. in Alcohol Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in distillery/blending
• Strong mathematical and data handling skills
• Excellent organoleptic sensory skills
• Experience working on SAP
• Recognition for preparation of blends
