Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily fleet operations and monitoring drivers
• Improve operational processes to enhance delivery performance metrics
• Analyze fleet utilization and route planning, working closely with management and the in-house algorithms team to optimize routes
• Prioritize and plan local fleet daily operations and flexible capacity growth strategy
• Develop new and improved analytics models and work on existing data gathering and analytics tools
• Collaborate with teams and departments to improve existing software across operational touchpoints

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• No formal experience is required, but prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous
• Ability to perform under pressure, solve problems effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to gather data, interpret, and develop process improvements

Benefits:
