valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences</li>\n<li>Planning daily/weekly workload at the direction of your direct leader and executing the same to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement</li>\n<li>Leading and demonstrating a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning</li>\n<li>Developing, coaching, and leading a team of consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate</li>\n<li>Assigning daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest processes to enhance the in-store security culture</li>\n<li>Supporting merchandise protection strategies across the total store</li>\n<li>Occasionally assuming store-level leadership on duty responsibilities</li>\n<li>Addressing all store emergency and compliance needs</li>\n<li>Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-up</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are looking for someone who:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoys interacting and helping others</li>\n<li>Thrives in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role</li>\n<li>Is open to working a variable work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts</li>\n<li>Has a high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Is at least 18 years of age or older</li>\n<li>Has previous retail experience (preferred but not required)</li>\n<li>Can lead and hold others accountable</li>\n<li>Can communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment</li>\n<li>Can work
