As an IB Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing FxPro's Introducing Broker network in the Ukrainian market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard new IB partners in Ukraine
• Develop existing partnerships to increase client acquisition, trading activity, and retention
• Leverage an established network of Ukrainian IBs, affiliates, and clients to generate new business
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners
• Negotiate partnership terms within approved commercial guidelines
• Guide partners on onboarding, commission structures, trading conditions, and marketing support
• Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and agree action plans
• Coordinate with Marketing, Support, Back Office, and Compliance on partner requests and business opportunities
• Monitor the Ukrainian forex/CFD market, competitor offerings, acquisition channels, and partner expectations
• Maintain accurate partner records, sales pipelines, and performance reports in the CRM
• Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings when required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IB partnerships or business development within the forex/CFD industry
• Proven track record of acquiring and developing active, revenue-generating IB partners
• Fluent Ukrainian and strong written and spoken English
• Established network of Ukrainian IBs, affiliates, and potential partners
• Existing client and/or IB partner base in Ukraine is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian forex/CFD market, acquisition channels, and partner expectations
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage the full partnership lifecycle independently
• Results-driven approach and confidence working towards measurable commercial targets
• Availability to work on-site in Cyprus and willingness to relocate if currently based abroad

• Provide client support via live chat, email, messengers, and phone
• Handle deposit and withdrawal requests and investigate payment delays
• Assist clients with account-related questions and trading platforms, including MT4, MT5, and cTrader
• Review and verify client documents in line with internal procedures

• Knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and cTrader
• Understanding of payment methods commonly used across CIS markets, including cryptocurrency, P2P transfers, local bank cards, bank transfers, and local payment systems
• Experience working with helpdesk and CRM systems, such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult clients professionally
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work on-site in Limassol and adapt to a shift schedule if required
• Valid right to work in Cyprus

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working for a forex broker or another financial services company, which is a significant advantage
• Practical experience with payment processing, P2P transactions, cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals, and troubleshooting payment issues in CIS markets
• Experience with ticketing and customer support platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar systems
• Experience with KYC verification and client account administration
• Sales, retention, or client relationship management experience
