As Uppdragsansvarig/ Teknikansvarig within bridge construction, you will primarily lead our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing project teams
• Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders
• Conducting investigations, inspections, calculations, and project planning
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Participating in marketing activities and customer contacts

Requirements:

• Civil or high school engineering degree in construction or civil engineering, with a focus on bridge construction being a merit
• At least 8 years of experience as a consultant, client, or contractor
• Understanding of Trafikverket's processes within bridge/road/railway and municipal planning processes is a merit
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of additional languages, such as Polish, is a merit
