The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding cross-border remittance capabilities across account deposit, wallet payouts, and push-to-card solutions while identifying opportunities to improve network performance, increase transaction volumes, and enhance partner economics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional network commercialization strategies to drive growth across key remittance corridors.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new Receiving Service Providers (RSPs), banks, fintechs, wallet providers, and payment institutions.
• Expand payout coverage across bank account deposit, mobile wallet, and push-to-card capabilities.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of network expansion opportunities within assigned markets.
• Drive activation and utilization of new network capabilities to increase transaction volumes and revenue.

Partner Relationship Management

• Own strategic relationships with existing RSPs and key network partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address operational challenges.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and service-level commitments with partners.

Push-to-Card & Bank Enablement

• Work closely with banks, issuers, and payment partners to activate TC28 and other relevant capabilities supporting push-to-card services.
• Drive expansion of card-based payout solutions across target markets.

Network Optimization & Efficiency

• Partner with RSPs to improve operational efficiency, transaction success rates, payout speed, and service quality.
• Analyze network performance and identify opportunities to reduce cancellations, rejections, and customer complaints.

Market & Corridor Development

• Identify high-growth remittance corridors and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor competitive developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends impacting cross-border payments.

Internal Collaboration

• Partner with Product teams to define network requirements and future capabilities.
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure network partners meet regulatory and risk standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience within payments, banking, fintech, remittances, card networks, or financial services.
• Proven experience managing commercial relationships with banks, payment institutions, money transfer operators, fintechs, or RSPs.

In this role, you'll run the operational engine of FBA, from replenishment and shipment building to pricing, product onboarding, and Merchant VINE launches, while building the processes and workflows that let the program grow without adding friction.

You'll report on program performance, partner across Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, and serve as the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for anything FBA.

Responsibilities:

• FBA Replenishment and Shipment Management: Build, send, and monitor inbound FBA shipments and replenishment plans to keep in-stock rates high and storage and fulfillment costs low. Track shipments from creation through check-in, and resolve receiving discrepancies, stranded inventory, and carrier or labeling issues quickly.
• Product Onboarding: Onboard new products onto FBA, ensuring listings, dimensions, prep requirements, and eligibility are accurate, so items are ready to sell on day one.
• Merchant VINE Support: Support Merchant VINE requests to launch new products, including enrollment, unit allocation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to build early reviews and accelerate new-product traction.
• Price Monitoring and Adjustment: Monitor FBA pricing against competitive, margin, and Buy Box signals, and make timely adjustments that balance sales velocity and profitability.
• Performance Reporting and Insights: Build and maintain reporting on FBA program performance (e.g., Sales, Margin in-stock %, sell-through, inventory aging, storage).
• Process and Workflow Development: Lead the design and rollout of repeatable processes and business workflows (using tools such as Process Street) that standardize FBA operations, reduce errors, and automate manual steps. Document SOPs and continuously improve them as the program scales.
• Program Subject Matter Expert: Act as the primary SME for FBA questions from across the company, including policy, fees, inbound requirements, and troubleshooting. Stay current on Amazon FBA program changes and proactively communicate their impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or business analytics. Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA is a strong plus.
• Experience with business workflow and process management tools (such as Process Street).
• Experience with Excel and building SQL queries (Power BI and Tableau are nice-to-haves).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recurring, time-sensitive operational tasks. Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort serving as a point of expertise for stakeholders.
