The Food &amp; Beverage team enables a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.</p>\n<p>As a Food &amp; Beverage Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments</li>\n<li>Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience</li>\n<li>Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude</li>\n<li>Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience</li>\n<li>Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations</li>\n<li>Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food &amp; Beverage Standards</li>\n<li>Execute Food &amp; Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product</li>\n<li>Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target&#39;s policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales</li>\n<li>Work with vendors to proactively set, maintain and make planned changes to sales floor merchandise displays and to keep organized backroom space</li>\n<li>Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target&#39;s policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Execute all federal, state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to your business</li>\n<li>Appropriately use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines</li>\n<li>Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance</li>\n<li>Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible</li>\n<li>Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#39;re looking for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with</li>\n<li>You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success</li>\n<li>You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a Food &amp; Beverage Expert.
