2a1b7138-539 Movement Operations Assistant G4 IOM is seeking a Movement Operations Assistant G4 to provide field support activities in assigned areas, such as airports, transit centers, and third-party facilities.

The successful candidate will undertake various duties, including:

  • Providing airport services, such as custodial care of travel documentation and assisting with airport formalities
  • Assisting individuals at transit centers or third-party facilities, including upon arrival, during their stay, and upon departure
  • Coordinating transportation from consolidation points, transit centers, and third-party facilities
  • Providing selection mission support, exit permit support, and/or interpretation services
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all relevant paperwork

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma with 4 years of work experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior Movement Operations or transportation experience
  • Computer/software literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize
  • Self-motivated and objective-driven

IOM offers a fixed-term contract of 1 year with the possibility of extension.
