About the role: Our Assistant Store Managers oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. They support, coach, and motivate the store team to create a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, place orders, and maintain a well-stocked and organized store.
• Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while balancing competing priorities.
• Execute the convenience retail strategy.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and overnights.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends.
