Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living.
• Encourage client participation in activities to the extent to which the client is able.
• Assist with ambulation as instructed.
• Assist clients with transferring to bed, commode, or chair.
• Turn and position bed-bound clients.
• Measure and record intake/output, temperature, pulse, and respiration on each visit.
• Change bed linen if needed.
• Prepare simple meals following dietary instructions.
• Maintain a neat and clean environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Active CNA/HHA license
• CPR certification
• Current State License or Registration as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
• Excellent customer service and strong clinical background
• Strong sense of engagement to be a team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 1 Pay Range: $37,440 - $43,800 per year
