institution</li>\n<li>10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production facility in private, public, government, or military environment</li>\n<li>5 years of experience in a plant leadership role</li>\n<li>Proficiency in English and Spanish</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in plant leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to drive operational excellence and achieve results</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends, effectively prepare for change, create and communicate change action plans, and implement sustainable change</li>\n<li>Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute plans to meet operational goals</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous
