As a Konstruktionsledare, you will lead electrical construction teams to design control systems for substation projects, including construction of control systems, local power, relay protection, and communication systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead work on complete electrical constructions
  • Review colleagues' designs
  • Ensure technical functionality and contract compliance
  • Engage in customer dialogue on technical solutions
  • Review suppliers' technical solutions and deliveries
  • Mentor junior employees in Elmaster
  • Act as a super user in Elmaster

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing control systems for substations or hydroelectric power stations
  • Experience with relay protection configuration
  • Familiarity with RTU, emergency alarm transmitters, and PLC programming
  • Post-secondary education in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Elmaster
  • Strong IT and computer skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
  • Valid driver's license (B-class)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Leadership experience and strong pedagogical skills
  • Experience mentoring junior electrical designers
  • Familiarity with Elprocad or EPLAN
