Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for modules related to Fiscal/Accounting and Payroll of the Domain System via phone
  • Ensure clarity and accuracy in information provided to clients
  • Guarantee efficient support and problem resolution
  • Understand the client's journey and paths for each need presented
  • Intermediates requests for changes and corrections of products
  • Practice and promote organisational values and behaviours
  • Stay up-to-date with the evolution of solutions and current legislation in the area

Requirements:

  • Reside in the Joinville region
  • Graduated or studying Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, Administration, or related areas
  • Experience with public service or administrative routines
  • Ability to work with goals and deliver results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the Fiscal/Accounting or Payroll area
  • Knowledge of the Domain System
