Site Lead","description":"<p>The Leidos Digital Sector is seeking an experienced IT Site Lead to support the Air Force National Capital Region IT Services program.</p>\n<p>The IT Site Lead will be located at Joint Base Andrews, supplementing the 744th Communications Squadron delivering critical support services to its mission partners, programs and initiatives.</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serves as the primary Site Lead and point of contact/liaison for the 744CS Commander (CC)/Director of Operations (DO) with oversight of direct customer-facing work centers</li>\n<li>Manages a $5M+ budget to deliver world-class information technology services to over seven thousand military, civilian, and contractor customers at Joint Base Andrews (JBA)</li>\n<li>Directs a project management team in handling a $6M portfolio, ensuring consistent updates and on-time / in-scope delivery to key stakeholders</li>\n<li>Guides a mid-sized (50+ member) team consisting of experienced professionals comprised of both Leidos and partner employees with administrative authority over personnel</li>\n<li>Reports to and collaborates with the Chief of Operations to ensure all metrics are exceeded / met</li>\n<li>Oversees mission execution in both current operations and future plans (project management)</li>\n<li>Directs the Site Operations Manager and Site Projects Manager to ensure all work is prioritized, coordinated, documented and deconflicted to meet program requirements and key performance indicators</li>\n<li>Attends and provides input for the Daily Operational Operations Update and the Weekly 844th CG Operations and Intelligence Update</li>\n<li>Develops weekly briefs to highlight mission accomplishments and shortfalls to the 744th Communications Squadron’s leadership</li>\n<li>Leads, directs and reviews the work of team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments</li>\n<li>Proactively reviews processes for gaps and inefficiencies, making recommendations to stakeholders to ensure exceptional service fulfillment</li>\n<li>Develops and oversees plans to execute annual and compliance initiatives such as annual technical refresh of approximately 2,300 workstations</li>\n<li>Contractor approval authority for change management activities, deconflicting and assessing impacts with peer site leads / bases</li>\n<li>Oversees IT continuity of operations for AFDW, 320 AEW, and 316 Wing</li>\n<li>Manages the lifecycle management plan for base area network</li>\n<li>Guides mission and network resiliency, ensuring multiple connection paths and layered systems to protect data center, customer building, and external connectivity uptime</li>\n<li>Coordinates with the Cyber Support Center to manage incident response, ensuring swift resolution and/or mitigation to problems while simultaneously providing updates to key stakeholders</li>\n<li>Ensures daily internal synchronization meetings across Field Service teams to ensure technicians and team leads understand daily ticket priorities and workloads</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires a BA/BS and 8+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience</li>\n<li>10+ years demonstrated information technology operations support experience</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects</li>\n<li>Must have a current DoW Secret clearance</li>\n<li>Familiar with IT support in a DOW environment</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make strategic business decisions</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to interact with/brief key organizational decision-makers (i.e. VIPs)</li>\n<li>Must have experience managing direct reports</li>\n<li>8140 compliant education, training, or certification within 90 days of start of the position</li>\n<li>Able to work primarily on-site at JBA</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiar with Remedy and/or ServiceNow</li>\n<li>Has a current DoW Top Secret clearance</li>\n<li>Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent network certification</li>\n<li>ITIL 4 foundation or equivalent certification</li>\n<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p
