The successful candidate will serve as the primary engineering interface between HP and manufacturing partners, driving process stability, product quality, yield improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence across manufacturing lines.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary technical liaison between HP and contract manufacturing partners.</li>\n<li>Drive manufacturing partner accountability on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.</li>\n<li>Validate manufacturing data and process performance to ensure accurate reporting and sustained improvements.</li>\n<li>Lead regular operational reviews with contract manufacturing teams.</li>\n<li>Analyze manufacturing data to identify yield losses, equipment downtime, process variation, and quality issues.</li>\n<li>Lead root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, and DOE.</li>\n<li>Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve process capability and stability.</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance OEE, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.</li>\n<li>Provide daily engineering support for production issues and escalations.</li>\n<li>Monitor key manufacturing KPIs including yield, scrap, OEE, downtime, throughput, and customer quality metrics.</li>\n<li>Support manufacturing readiness for new product introductions, changes, and transfers.</li>\n<li>Ensure processes comply with HP manufacturing standards and quality requirements.</li>\n<li>Support audits and manufacturing assessments.</li>\n<li>Drive defect reduction programs and customer complaint investigations.</li>\n<li>Lead process validation and qualification activities.</li>\n<li>Utilize manufacturing data to identify trends and predict process risks.</li>\n<li>Develop dashboards and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel, Minitab, SQL, Python, or equivalent tools.</li>\n<li>Support digital manufacturing initiatives including predictive maintenance, automated reporting, process monitoring, and AI-driven manufacturing improvements.</li>\n<li>Work closely with product engineering, manufacturing quality, supply chain, procurement, R&amp;D, and operations teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Critical Focus Areas</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufacturing Yield: Reduce process losses and improve yield performance.</li>\n<li>Equipment Downtime: Improve machine availability and OEE.</li>\n<li>Process Capability: Improve Cp/Cpk and reduce variation.</li>\n<li>Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities for material, cycle time, and labor savings.</li>\n<li>Quality Improvement: Reduce defects, escapes, and customer complaints.</li>\n<li>Contract Manufacturer Development: Build technical capability and ownership within manufacturing partner teams.</li>\n<li>Digital Manufacturing: Leverage automation and analytics to improve productivity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline.</li>\n<li>3 to 6 years of manufacturing engineering or process engineering experience.</li>\n<li>Experience working with contract manufacturers or high-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting automation, assembly, printing,
