Responsibilities:

• Develop an action plan and drive its implementation
• Prospect new customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and events
• Create and update a list of potential customers
• Negotiate prices and delivery dates with customers
• Propose and explain workflows and delivery dates to customers, and provide estimates
• Provide guidance to the production department and monitor progress
• Conduct daily follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services
• Research industry trends and explore new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Native-level Japanese speaker with business-level English communication skills (TOEIC 880 or above)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Annual salary ranging from ¥9,000,000 to ¥30,000,000 depending on performance
