processes.</li>\n<li>Improve the entire service lifecycle from architecture and design through deployment, operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Lead availability, resource requirement planning, performance monitoring, and reliability initiatives for business-critical applications and platforms.</li>\n<li>Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and related tools.</li>\n<li>Develop automation solutions to reduce operational overhead, eliminate repetitive tasks, and prevent recurring incidents.</li>\n<li>Maintain and improve platform security through RBAC, Azure Policies, Key Vault, governance controls, and compliance standard processes.</li>\n<li>Build and support high-availability, backup, DR and business continuity solutions.</li>\n<li>Conduct incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and performance tuning activities for production environments.</li>\n<li>Support sustainable operations by developing automated responses for routine service conditions and scaling systems efficiently through automation.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with application development, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver resilient and scalable solutions.</li>\n<li>Participate in system design reviews, cloud resource planning(capacity planning), launch readiness assessments, and operational excellence initiatives.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain user documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials.</li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers and define engineering standard processes and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and software components using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or other programming languages to support platform operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Technical Expertise:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Compute Services, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Security &amp; Governance.</li>\n<li>Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).</li>\n<li>Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates).</li>\n<li>CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.</li>\n<li>PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash scripting.</li>\n<li>Windows and Linux system administration.</li>\n<li>Monitoring, Logging, and End-to-End Observability Capabilities.</li>\n<li>High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Performance Optimization.</li>\n<li>Cloud Security, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Key Vault implementation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Software Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and reliability engineering principles.</li>\n<li>Experience in software development and automation using one or more programming languages is an advantage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7-10 years of overall IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.</li>\n<li>Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.</li>\n<li>Experience handling and supporting large-scale production environments and critical applications.</li>\n<li>Proven expertise in automation, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, fixing.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work optimally in multi-functional teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Experience with containerization, Kubernetes operations, and cloud-native
