Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve Aviation Operational Efficiency Software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners.
• Work in an Agile team setting, driving Epic/Feature/Story creation, solution design, and architecture.
• Create and maintain necessary software design and architecture documentation.
• Keep track of and actively reduce technical debt.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, competition offerings, and advancements in aircraft performance and sustainability.
• Provide support to the development of internal competency and resources for critical skill sets.
• Travel domestically and internationally, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Flight Management Systems.
• Experience with Matlab/Python scripting.
• Experience in Machine learning and data analytics.
• Experience in Deep Learning and Neural Network models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience related to EFB/Flight Deck applications.
• Experience related to computations using big data analytics, Agentic AI, and modelling.
• Familiarity with airplane avionics, network protocols, and airplane system integration.
• Familiarity with Flight Data Monitoring and Flight Data Analytics.

Typical Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Aerospace) and typically 5 to 8 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
