The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching teams to use Agile/Scrum practices and values, assessing Scrum maturity, and removing impediments.

Responsibilities:

• Coach the team and organization to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Assess Scrum maturity and coach the team to higher levels of maturity
• Remove impediments and guide the team to do so
• Build a trusting and safe environment for problem-solving
• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Assist with internal and external communication
• Shield the team from outside distractions
• Support and educate the Product Owner
• Lead team efforts in relentless improvement

Requirements:

• First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I)
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience working in a SAFe environment
• Knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches
• Experience with Agile techniques like User Stories, ATDD, TDD
• Previous experience as a team lead
