Key Responsibilities:

• Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability
• Manage Food & Beverage, food services, and General Merchandise areas
• Lead a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency
• Enable efficient delivery to guests through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work
• Develop strategies to complete scheduled workload and ensure guest readiness
• Conduct regular check-ins with team members and manage workload planning
• Oversee GM Team Leaders' workload planning and sales plans
• Drive fulfillment sales and ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
• Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience
• Assess competition and leverage guest insights to drive business objectives
• Work a flexible schedule that aligns with guest and business needs

Requirements:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and managing conflict
• Ability to relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision-making
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
