As a Senior Medical Writer, your primary responsibility will be to provide scientific and medical/clinical writing support as part of a dedicated team servicing an assigned client. You will work closely with the Scientific Manager and other members of the client account team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality and scientifically/medically accurate assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret clinical data and adapt it to meet project objectives
• Ensure compliance with medical publications and communications guidelines
• Represent assigned work at internal and external meetings
• Contribute to client publication and communication plans
• Assist in managing medical writing resources, including monitoring workload and mentoring junior writers

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD)
• Prior relevant experience in medical publications or communications
• Minimum 3-5 years of high-level content development experience
• Proficiency with ICMJE and GPP guidelines
• Ability to work efficiently with network directories and databases
• Familiarity with industry-standard resources (e.g., PubMed, clinicaltrials.gov)
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with commonly used software (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, EndNote)
