Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving assigned parts and accessory objectives
• Achieving overall customer satisfaction objectives
• Reducing oil change service time to under 60 minutes for Honda and under 65 minutes for Acura
• Increasing the percentage of dealers achieving these targets

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, automotive technology, or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in auto parts and service wholesale or retail
• Knowledge of OEM automotive warranty policies and procedures
