• Report to Warehouse Manager and maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Supervise and direct warehouse staff with a focus on worker safety
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload

• Conduct physical counts and reconcile with data storage system
• Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related tasks
• Perform daily inspections of warehouse grounds
• Implement 5's discipline on the floor

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience
• At least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• High School diploma or higher degree

Work Schedule:

• 2nd shift starts at 3 pm CST, 5 days a week onsite in Hodgkins, IL
