Responsibilities:

• Engage with business owners and users to understand, analyse, and document requirements
• Review user requirements and functional specifications, translating them into test cases
• Design testing strategies and approaches, plan testing schedules, and manage timelines and resources
• Lead and govern end-to-end system testing and quality assurance strategies for risk management systems involving complex financial logics and risk methodologies
• Identify and mitigate system risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle with clear documentation
• Contribute to the timely delivery of projects in line with project scope and expectations
• Establish testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across UAT, regression, UIT, and go-live readiness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Risk Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject
• At least 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in well-established financial organisations, with 3+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale QA teams or projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with various project management tools, such as Confluence, JIRA
• Proficiency with Excel and VBA programming
• A team player and self-starter who can proactively engage with peers and clients, take ownership, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adapt style to ensure project success
• Knowledge of equity or derivatives markets is essential
• Experience with Business Analysis (BA) is required
