The successful candidate will assist with network support duties, including:

• Creating and updating tickets in DISA ticketing applications to track and resolve customer problems related to network communications.
• Monitoring network events and element management failures in real-time, 24/7/365.
• Performing IP network support, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and voice equipment.
• Supporting IP satellite modems, including configuration and issuing option/boot/RSP files.
• Remotely accessing and de-accessing customers into IP/SATCOM networks.
• Troubleshooting and resolving SATCOM and IP network issues with DoD SATCOM Gateway facilities and deployed operators.
• Verifying equipment operates in the baseline configuration.
• Providing global equipment configurations at DoD SATCOM Gateways remotely.

The ideal candidate will have:

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+, CE, or equivalent).
• Experience working in a 24/7 operations environment.
• Moderate experience with SAA/GAAs, MILSATCOM encryption devices, and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) architecture.
• An active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to manage IP over SATCOM networks using iDirect/Linkway/EBEM or equivalent FM-TDMA hubs.

A high school diploma and 2-4 years of experience are required.

The pay range for this position is $48,100.00 - $86,950.00.

• Demonstrated experience with F-16 AIS variants, including AIS, IAIS, VXI-IAIS, R-IAIS, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD) hardware, and related ancillary SE
• Proven management experience in planning, directing, and coordinating program support activities; interfacing with government personnel; conducting feasibility studies; cost evaluation; standards compliance; and logistics support analysis for military systems
• Familiarity with Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) development and execution

• Master's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• PMP Certificate

The pay range for this job is $92,300.00 - $166,850.00.
