As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working in social care, healthcare, or a related support role</li>\n<li>Experience providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities</li>\n<li>Familiarity with working alongside individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions.</li>\n<li>Experience in communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise</strong></p>\n<p>Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.</p>\n<p>We are looking for a support worker with prior experience in social care, healthcare, or a related support role, where they have assisted individuals with daily living activities and personal care. Experience working with people who have disabilities, mental health challenges, or elderly clients is highly valued, as it reflects an understanding of their unique needs. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively liaise with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
