Job Responsibilities:

• Role model and coach team members to achieve high standards and efficiency across the food hall
• Manage compliance with processes while maintaining passion and flair for great shopkeeping and customer service
• Ensure customers get the food they want when shopping with us
• Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate
• Assume overall responsibility for running the store at times, providing direction and support to colleagues

Requirements:

• Previous line management experience in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience providing excellent customer service and coaching a team to do the same
• Ability to deliver KPIs and manage disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations
• Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting
