This position is for Monday - Thursday from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM (4 – 10’s).

The successful candidate will have a background in equipment maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of CNC equipment with Fanuc and Siemens controls.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on factory equipment
• Troubleshoot, analyze, inspect, disassemble, rebuild, modify and test factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Assist with interpreting blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment
• Respond to requests for equipment repair
• Identify and request component and replacement part inventories

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems
• 1+ years of experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals
• 1+ years of experience working with various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and cranes
• Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of experience operating Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Hydraulic Systems
• 1+ years of experience performing predictive and/or preventative maintenance
• 1+ years of experience working with suppliers

Salary Range:

• Associate (Level B): $52,000 – $55,000
• Mid-level (Level C): $56,700 – $60,500
• Senior (Level D): $66,700 – $70,500

Sign-On Bonus:

• External candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $2,500
