Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of securities specialists
• Taking charge of personnel deployment planning and result-oriented leadership and control of your team
• Providing demand-oriented advice to your own customers with a focus on securities business
• Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
• Taking responsibility for the care of customers in one or more branches and working closely with the branch teams
• Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for your customers on all matters relating to securities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree or completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in sales
• A certified qualification as an investment advisor, which can be proven by a suitable document
• Sales talent with a passion for working with people
• Excellent communication skills and a confident and convincing appearance, analytical thinking and structured working methods
• Leadership competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions
• Knowledge of economic interrelationships and the capital market
• Certified qualification as an investment advisor (m/w/d), as well as extensive experience in securities business and advisory-intensive products including demonstrable sales success
