Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
• Perform calibration verification on key production equipment
• Assist with the removal of old equipment and the installation of new equipment
• Be available for after-hours calls as needed
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as AC/DC drives and motors, programmable logic controllers, and hydraulic and pneumatic devices
• Install, service, and troubleshoot equipment up to 480 volts
• Review, interpret, and edit blueprints, electrical schematics, and manuals
• Diagnose, repair, and adjust pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
• Develop and maintain competence with computer skills, operating systems, and computer-based diagnostic programs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Two-year technical degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
• Five years of work in systems maintenance field (preferred)
• PLC experience, preferably with Allen Bradley PLCs (preferred)
• AC/DC Drive experience, preferably with Allen Bradley (preferred)
