YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_f4f2d2fd-8aa"},"title":"Software Engineering Lead","description":"<p>As a Software Engineering Lead, you will join Cirium&#39;s Software Engineering team to design, develop, and improve enterprise software throughout the full development lifecycle.</p>\n<p>You will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor engineers, and help advance modern engineering practices and technologies, including GenAI.</p>\n<p>This role offers the opportunity to contribute to scalable, reliable solutions that support Cirium&#39;s market-leading aviation analytics platforms.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, refactor, test and maintain reliable enterprise software and services.</li>\n<li>Lead technical design, code reviews, testing and root-cause analysis to maintain a high-quality codebase.</li>\n<li>Translate complex product and data requirements into scalable software solutions.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Support and other stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver products effectively.</li>\n<li>Improve engineering practices, development environments, system performance, security and code quality.</li>\n<li>Contribute to project planning, delivery, system stability and cloud cost management.</li>\n<li>Explore and introduce relevant technologies and approaches, including GenAI.</li>\n<li>Mentor and coach engineers, delegate effectively and support people-management activities where applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Software engineering experience, including experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li>\n<li>Strong programming experience with Java, Python and/or Node.js, alongside test-driven development and automated testing.</li>\n<li>Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and/or GCP, including services such as EKS, ECS, Lambda and SQS.</li>\n<li>Experience with containerisation and infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and Helm.</li>\n<li>Experience working with complex data models and platforms such as Snowflake, Postgres, Redshift or comparable large-scale data technologies.</li>\n<li>Comfortable with modern engineering tooling such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Maven, Cucumber and mocking frameworks.</li>\n<li>Ability to design and document technical solutions, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and apply engineering best practices.</li>\n<li>Enjoy mentoring others, solving complex problems, learning new technologies and contributing to an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
