Main responsibilities:

  • Development of technological regulations, instructions, assembly diagrams, route maps, technical level and product quality cards, and other technological documentation.
  • Development of progressive technological processes, types of equipment and technological accessories, automation and mechanization tools.
  • Creation of technical tasks for the design of devices, accessories, and special tools provided by the defined technology.
  • Calculation of material cost standards (technical norms of raw materials, semi-finished products, materials, tools, energy consumption), and economic efficiency of the designed technological processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with conveyor lines: balancing lines, creating accessories
  • Experience creating and preparing working files for SMT equipment
  • Knowledge of the NPI process
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Knowledge of Root cause analysis, 6-sigma, and Fishbone Diagram methodologies
