Experience and Customer Service:

• Enhance customer experience in-store by communicating and training staff on Mejuri's sales approach and brand story.
• Coach and develop store personnel to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Foster a multi-channel mindset to eliminate shopping barriers and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and store teams to design in-store events and activities that engage the community.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Leadership:

• Assist the Store Manager in developing a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Participate in key team member recruitment and hiring processes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the market and head office.
• Create and participate in onboarding processes for new team members.
• Support new team members during their initial weeks and training.

Sales:
