informational displays, promotional materials, and outreach booths.</li>\n<li>Engages military service members, families, and community partners in meaningful conversations to increase awareness of appropriate resources.</li>\n<li>Delivers accurate and consistent information regarding Military OneSource services, military family support programs, and available community resources.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications / Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.</li>\n<li>Current military affiliation (Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve, military spouse, military retiree, or DoD civilian) required and must possess and maintain authorised access to military installations.</li>\n<li>Minimum two years of experience providing customer service, outreach, community engagement, or related support services.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of military culture, military family lifestyles, and military command structures.</li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with military service members, families, leadership, and community partners.</li>\n<li>Ability to professionally represent the Military OneSource Program at outreach events, briefings, and community engagements.</li>\n<li>Experience speaking to individuals and small groups, providing presentations, or conducting informational briefings preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professionalism in a public-facing
